By using Q-Shield, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing the use of our quantum security assessment platform.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Q-Shield, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Services
Q-Shield provides quantum security assessment, vulnerability diagnosis, breach prediction, and post-quantum migration guidance. Services are provided on an as-is basis with no guarantees of specific security outcomes.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Subscriptions & Billing
Subscription plans are billed according to the selected plan interval. You may cancel at any time, but refunds are handled per our refund policy. Plan changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Intellectual Property
All assessment methodologies, algorithms, scoring systems, and platform content are the intellectual property of SwiftQuantum. Assessment reports generated for your organization are licensed for your internal use only.
Limitation of Liability
SwiftQuantum is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of Q-Shield. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
